Excelerate Technology is a quality company engaged in the provision of solutions and managed services to some of the most demanding customers in the country and as such is committed to not only providing a tangible exemplary service but also to proving substance behinds its brand by adhering to the required legislative and professional qualifications, accreditations and licences.
To ensure maximum control over quality and our own destiny everything we do we do in house and in order to do this we need to be as expert throughout our diverse solutions portfolio as the technology partners who, where necessary supply us. Our business model dictates that when our customers demand complex integrated solutions from us it is we who carry the burden of service level compliance and not our suppliers.
Our engineers undergo a continuous programme of training both on the job and in the class room which culminates in manufacturer certification where it is appropriate. Part of our business ethos is that if we are not continually getting better at what we do we must be getting worse and the latter is not an option.
Excelerate is ISO 9001 accredited which speaks for itself. It is also a member of two important Trade Bodies aimed at expanding and keeping current its knowledge base concerning licensing issues and training and skills issues as well as technical knowledge and trends. It is a member of the UK’s Federation of Communications Services (FCS) and it is an associate member of the Global VSAT Forum (GVS) which as the name suggests is the global trade body of the largest group of satellite participants in the world with every big name in the industry working together on issues which face an entire industry and its customers.
Finally (for now as this is an evolving business) we would like to clarify our position regarding our Earth Station Licence which is issued by the UK Telecoms Regulator Ofcom. Given our adherence of the conditions within our licence number 313120 we believe we can offer the most operationally flexible and fee free VSAT deployment of any number of mobile, portable and fixed sites than most if not all of our competitors for customers specific in our markets.
