Ethos
I have read many business mission statements in my time and often wondered “do they really mean that or are they only saying what they want me to hear?”
In the formative years of a business despite the growing pains and problems associated with a young company it is still relatively easy to galvanize employees with a passion, devotion and enthusiasm that is often lost along the path of growth. All I can say is that I will try my very best to ensure that whilst we must grow as individuals in line with what Excelerate must become, I will seek to preserve the pioneering spirit and nothing is impossible attitude that separates the extraordinary from the ordinary. Our management style must be that of an honest and compassionate employer free from any prejudice and mindful of the environment. The order of priority to the things that matter most in our business are Customers, Employees, Suppliers and then Shareholders as only adherence to this order will create a business that will stand the test of time.
If I had to sum up what we aim to do I would do so this way;
“Excelerate’s aim is to develop and continue to enhance a customer promise and proposition that others fail to match even in imitation and to deliver our promises and propositions as expected by our customers. These must represent best value for our customers but must be profitable for our company or the relationship can’t work and the proposition is unsustainable. At all times we must endeavour to never let our customer down but if we do, never rest until it is put right.”
