From Triple Eight, the UK’s leading BTCC team and Historic Rally Sport through to assisting Sir Steve Redgrave with fundraising activities, we have demonstrated our commitment to delivering high quality, best value solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients and their individual applications.

For Triple Eight, we provided a Transportable Broadband Satellite VPN (TSBV) solution mounted on one of the team’s support vehicles to provide high speed broadband access regardless of location. It enables a wide range of data, voice and video applications to be run relating to the performance of each vehicle and the exchange of information on circuit telemetry, lap timings, parts, CAD drawings and other key data. The solution also allowed the implementation of Exceler8 Racevision, which provides broadcast quality pictures of action in the team garage that are streamed via existing mobile satellite links to a secure website IPTV system for viewing by BTCC fans around the world. Exceler8 Racevision has been a significant addition to the team’s website which experienced a 100% increase in the number of ‘hits’ over race weekends during the first season of operation compared with the same period the previous year.

Excelerate Technology has also teamed up with Sir Steve Redgrave to raise funds for several charitable projects. We provided our E2Work VPN solution as a resource to assist his fundraising efforts, which allowed transactions to appear on a web page immediately, giving a complete and up-to-date tally for people to see that all donations were instant and secure.
