Excelerate Technology prides itself on its industry-leading role in the development and introduction of satellite broadband communications in the UK. Under the leadership of company founder and chief executive David Savage the company has built up a team of specialists with intimate knowledge of all aspects of satellite and related communications – technology, design, prototyping, budgeting, project management and on going customer support. The sales and customer support team is led by co-founder and sales director Martin Saunders, and the technical team is headed by Lindsay Cumberbatch. Catherine Lane BSc Econ ACA is the Finance Director, whose role includes close liaison with the company’s major investor Finance Wales. Also key to the strategic management of the company are Non Executive Chairman Tim MacLeod-Clarke and Non Executive Director Owen Sennitt.
We are particularly proud of our sales and marketing teams, but the fact that over 70% of our workforce is engaged in the R&D, Installation and Support functions tells you a lot about the company. We are first and foremost an innovative technology systems provider, focused on the delivery of solutions that match customers’ expectations and are supported in a way that maximises utilisation and minimises downtime.
